The French Connection

November 2009, and the Tapestry team head off to Europe for a large pharmaceutical event in Paris, France. We were delighted to provide the equipment, technical personnel and production for this 3-day event which was a repeat for an existing client.  We provided our fantastic Superwidescreen system for the plenary for an audience of 500 plus an additional 3 conference sets for breakout areas with technical support and camera relay.

In addition all syndicate equipment which included Laptop’s, Projectors, Laser Printers, Flipchart Easels, Screens, PA systems and consumables were also required and delivered via our own logistics and trucks to the venue. A selection of extra equipment for those last minute requests was also accommodated.

In all 14 crew from Tapestry were in attendance for the duration including build, operate and strike. The client was delighted with the level of technical support available and our fabulous Superwidescreen really looked fantastic – The overall result was a huge success for all concerned and we look forward to working with our client again at their next event.
