For the second of two offshore seminars for 300 international delegates at the Fairmont St Andrews Hotel, TapestryAV were asked to ramp up the technology. The Insulin Intensification Summit was attended by over 400 international diabetologists and endocrinologists at the Auditorium Madrid. Our main brief was to provide a high impact and engaging audio visual solution for plenary session and 3 breakout rooms which had to match the limitations of meeting rooms and within client budget constraints.
